1. Prohibited content
You may not use Amiel Digital to generate or enrich content that is illegal, infringes third-party rights, sexually exploits minors, promotes violence or self-harm, or is designed to deceive consumers (fake reviews, counterfeit goods, misleading health claims).
2. Prohibited categories
- Weapons, ammunition and explosives.
- Controlled drugs and prescription medication.
- Tobacco and vaping products marketed to minors.
- Adult or pornographic catalog data.
- Counterfeit, replica or unauthorised branded goods.
3. Anti-abuse
You may not attempt to circumvent rate limits, share credentials across organisations, resell the service without a partner agreement, or use the API to scrape competitors. Automated traffic must respect documented rate limits.
4. Security
Do not probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the service except through our coordinated disclosure programme at [email protected]. Do not upload malware or content that could compromise other users.
5. Fair use of AI
AI outputs are generated probabilistically. You are responsible for reviewing them before publishing. Do not use Amiel Digital to impersonate a real person or brand without authorisation, or to generate disinformation.
6. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations, suspend access while we investigate, and terminate accounts that breach this policy. Egregious violations (CSAM, fraud, malware) are reported to law-enforcement authorities.
7. Reporting abuse
To report abuse, email [email protected] with a description and any supporting URLs or screenshots. We acknowledge reports within 24 hours.
