Terms of Service

Amiel Digital provides AI-powered enrichment of product catalogs, advertising feeds, SEO/GEO schema and search ranking. The service is delivered via the web dashboard and HTTP API and is sold on a pay-as-you-go credit basis.

You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to bind your organisation. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secret and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.

Credits are pre-paid units consumed when you run a job. 1 credit equals €0.10 (other currencies converted at live market rates). Credits do not expire while your account is active. Bonus credits granted during promotions are non-refundable. VAT is added where applicable.

You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate it, with or without notice depending on severity.

You retain all rights to catalog data you upload and to enrichment outputs Amiel generates for you. You grant us a limited licence to process that data solely to deliver the service. We do not use your catalog data to train shared models without opt-in.

Amiel, the dashboard, the underlying models, taxonomies, prompts and documentation remain our exclusive property. You may not reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell the service.

We target 99.9% monthly availability for the API and dashboard. Planned maintenance is announced at least 48 hours in advance. SLA credits apply only to paid customers and are issued on request.

The service is provided "as is". AI outputs may contain inaccuracies — you are responsible for reviewing enriched content before publishing it. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is capped at the greater of €100 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for non-payment, abuse, or material breach. On termination we will export your data on request and delete it from production systems within 30 days.

These terms are governed by the laws of France. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, except where consumer-protection laws give you the right to sue in your country of residence.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the new terms.
