You can request a full refund of any credit top-up within 14 calendar days of payment by emailing [email protected]. We will process the refund within 5 business days. No justification required.
2. What is refundable
The amount you paid for credits is refundable in full during the 14-day window, even if you have already spent some of them. After the window we refund the unused balance only.
3. What is not refundable
- Bonus credits granted at 100, 200 and 500 thresholds are promotional and never refundable for cash.
- Credits applied via promo codes (e.g. AMIEL5) are non-refundable beyond the cash amount actually paid.
- One-off professional-services packages (catalog onboarding, custom taxonomy) are non-refundable once delivered.
4. Refund method
We refund to the original payment method. Card refunds usually appear within 5–10 business days. Bank-transfer refunds are issued to the IBAN the payment originated from and take 2–4 business days inside SEPA.
5. Currency & exchange differences
Refunds are issued in the original payment currency. Exchange-rate differences caused by your bank are outside our control.
6. Chargebacks
Please contact us first — almost every issue can be resolved within a day. Filing a chargeback before contacting us may result in account suspension while the dispute is investigated.
